Abstract Introduction Around 50%-70% of all women, at any moment their lives, will undergo pelvic surgery such as abdominal and vaginal hysterectomies, laparoscopic or robotic-assisted exploratory laparotomies for multiple reasons. These reasons include; endometriosis, chronic pain, adhesions secondary to inflammatory disease, infected perforated IUDs, previous surgeries, abscesses cysts, peritonitis, genital prolapses cystoceles, rectoceles, uterine prolapse in patients with urinary fecal incontinence, total procidentia. The general public knowledge, distorted sexual education curriculum, the influence this inappropriate (produced by religions cultures) affect medical practice investigations scientific levels. influences have expanded beliefs that activity is deteriorated these kinds procedures.
